What Does “Open Book” Mean?

Unlike most other builders, HoneyCreek Homes opens its books to all customers so that they see exactly what they are spending their money on. A copy of each subcontractor’s invoice is provided with every billing packet as the project progresses. HoneyCreek Homes charges a negotiated upfront fee to cover their warranty, insurance, gas mileage, profit, and overhead. Most other builders will charge all of these at additional rates. We strongly believe in an honest building process that leads to a lasting relationship with each customer.
